All consultation services are arranged through direct communication (WhatsApp, WeChat, or email). You discuss your needs with Master Hui first, provide your birth details, and only then receive a payment link. By the time you pay, you have already confirmed what you are purchasing and submitted the information needed to begin.
Once payment is received, the analytical work begins. From that point forward, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of whether the written report or response has been delivered yet.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and the analysis has not yet started, contact me immediately. I will consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee approval.
If you feel the delivered report does not address what was discussed, reach out to me directly. I am happy to clarify findings or provide additional explanation at no extra charge. However, dissatisfaction with the content of the analysis itself is not grounds for a refund, as the work has been completed in good faith based on the information you provided.
Some consultations may include physical items (such as Feng Shui remedies) shipped to you as part of the service. These items are part of the consultation package and follow the same policy as the service itself. They are not sold separately and cannot be returned independently.
The Ongoing Advisory Retainer is an annual subscription that includes an initial comprehensive analysis followed by year-round weekly access.
The initial analysis is valued at $788 (equivalent to the Comprehensive Destiny Report). Once your personal information has been submitted and payment received, this portion is non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your retainer after the initial analysis period, the remaining advisory portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The calculation is straightforward:
Refund = ($5,888 − $788) × remaining full months ÷ 12
Any partially used month counts as a full month. For example, if you cancel after 4 months and 10 days, you are charged for 5 months.
Contact me directly via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email. Cancellation takes effect from the date I confirm receipt of your request. Service stops immediately upon confirmation, and the refund is calculated from that date.

Items that are custom-made or selected specifically for your situation cannot be transferred to another person. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please consider your purchase carefully.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, I will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement:
If the same item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be fulfilled, I will issue store credit for the full purchase amount.
Due to the specialized nature of these products and the costs of international shipping, returns for change of mind are not accepted. All sales of physical products are final unless the item is damaged or defective.
If your package arrives visibly damaged from transit, photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything. Contact me with the photos and I will arrange a replacement. In cases of shipping damage, you will not need to return the broken item.
Under UK and EU distance selling regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel a remote purchase. However, for personalised services that begin immediately upon your request (which includes all consultation services where analysis starts after payment), this right is waived once the service has begun. By making payment, you acknowledge that the service will start immediately and that you are waiving your right to cancel once work has commenced.
For physical products, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to items made to your specifications (custom Feng Shui items) or to goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
All products are shipped with complimentary delivery (shipping costs are included in the product price). If a refund or store credit is issued for any reason, the original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same account.
Payment platforms (such as Stripe or PayPal) charge a non-refundable transaction fee at the time of your purchase. When a refund is issued, the platform does not return this fee to me. As a result, all refunds are subject to a deduction for the original processing fee. The typical fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, though the exact amount depends on your payment method and location.
Certain products include complimentary bonus items or services (such as the follow-up Q&A sessions offered with the Comprehensive Destiny Report). These are provided as a courtesy at no additional charge and are not part of the core product value. They do not affect refund calculations and carry no separate monetary value for refund purposes.
If you are unhappy with a refund decision, please contact me to discuss further. I am committed to resolving concerns fairly and directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may seek advice from your local consumer protection authority or use the relevant online dispute resolution platform.
